Lighten up your life by giving it more meaning
with a consistent movement, breath work & meditation practice.
A routine that brings sense to your days, weeks, months & entire year.
That makes you feel deeper connected with yourself and ultimately each other.
Not a dwelling in our own bodies & interiority for the sake of self-improvement,
but a return to ourselves in order to meet each other more fully.

As a wellbeing practitioner coming from the world of yoga, I offer embodiment practices and curate experiences that support a deeper connection to self—and through that, to others—rooted in movement as the foundation of mental health, and in breath, meditation, and nature as tools for self-knowledge.
My practice being deeply shaped by my own journey—from growing up on a farm, to studying literature and aesthetics, to working in fashion in Paris, and training across Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, chanting, and nervous system–based practices, I teach from lived experience rather than a fixed style.
Let me be the facilitator & spaceholder for your ongoing ritual of connecting body, mind & soul.

Happy April full moon in Libra!
Full & new moons invite us to pause — not to turn away from collective pain or injustice, but to reconnect with our inner stability in the midst of it.
In times that feel heavy or uncertain, a conscious pause allows us to notice what we’re carrying in our bodies, release accumulated stress, and respond rather than react.
Every new & full moon my dear friend Saskia Diez offers us a “Tarot reading ”
as a way of giving us an impulse to heighten our intuition rather than using our analytic mind for either of these key moments in the moon cycle.
After the full moon of April 2nd today’s new moon in Taurus on April 17th brings an invitation to really allow something to end, to step away form the many and the noise and to move towards real, direct connection and find joy in that. What we want to create is already there, very often it’s about cutting out doubts, the bullshit, and then be bold and go for it. The magician waits for us in the end.
Tarot, like meditation, gently interrupts the thinking mind by shifting us from analysis into intuition — creating a quiet space where insight arises through images, feeling, and presence rather than constant thought.
“To me, Tarot can be a gentle way out of the monkey mind - an invitation to pause, shift perspective, and receive subtle impulses and guidance by looking at things from a different angle.” - Saskia Diez
